Yoga of the Mind is composed of three principle components for providing growth and therapy.

  • Energy Psychology:
The fastest growing model ever is Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) created by Gary Craig. See http://www.emofree.com/

  • Spiritual Model:
Adapted from teachings of both ancient and contemporary masters, this provides a means for immediate and practical connection to one's greater identity. This model is spiritual rather than religious, so it is compatible with most Christian and other religions.

  • Suggested regular practices to develop greater self awareness and confidence, and to enhance your state of well-being.

Suggested regular practices are for the purpose of managing your energy.  These are clear, easy exercises designed to help you feel better more of the time.

"Energy Psychologies" are a group of new therapies that use the same ancient Chinese energy teachings that are the basis for acupuncture and acupressure. The premise is that emotional or physical discomfort occurs because the body's energy system is out of balance. These new therapy models balance the body's energy relative to the problem issue, directly, quickly and effectively. Emotional Freedom Techniques, (EFT) is the clear leader in this area and is used as part of Yoga of the Mind. (Other models used include NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP), and Timeline Therapy.)

The Spiritual Model and regular practices, developed by Malcolm Campbell while Director of Counseling for the Stress Management Center of Marin, provide a powerful way to explore this elusive but necessary part of life.
