Yoga of the Mind Class meets one night a week for six weeks in Marin County.  Locations vary.  This class teaches techniques and tools for gaining more control of you life by solving problems, enhancing your focus, and becoming more skilled at manifesting your desires.  $250

Advanced Yoga of the Mind Class is eight weeks long, again, in Marin County.  This class builds on the first one and is about application, application and application. $300

EFT Intro is three hours long, introduces and demonstrates EFT skills and techniques.  Eighty percent of the people who attend experience on-the-spot improvement in the area of their choice. Very fun and rewarding. $50

All classes include a manual or workbook, and opportunity for questions or application advice. Custom classes are possible.
